triptych and tires

Hi - we arrive in Egypt in November and I have a couple of questions First - looking for a goodreliable but not expensive fixer in Alexandria - pls recommend if you know someone Second - I keep hearing about the triptych document for temporary vehicle entry to egypt - pls let me know if you have any information about this.
